Description :

The Half & Half Water Glow Lip Tint by BLACK ROUGE is your lip tint for shiny and full-looking lips: A lip color for a glossy look with a shiny texture - easy to apply with the applicator. Its richly pigmented formula ensures that the color stays intense for a long time and hardly smears - ideal and uncomplicated for everyday make-up!

Application :

Put some color on the tip of the applicator. Then start applying the color on the inside of the lips and continue to the outer lip line to achieve a beautiful gradient.
